Heather Gray Weller

Weller is a painter born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2021,with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, and is excited to continue with ASU in the pursuit of the Master of Fine Arts degree. During her career, Heather has had the honor to work and grow in the Phoenix art community, exhibiting solo shows, participating in events and claiming features in articles such as her recent interview with Robrt Pela in Phoenix Magazine. Weller celebrated her second solo show, "Delusions," at Walter Art Gallery of Scottsdale, Arizona, in December 2023.
 

Weller uses oil paint to explore themes related to the human subconscious through figure and still life paintings. She aims to give life to the inner world of dreams and nightmares alike. History and art of the classical world remain a reigning influence in Heather’s work. She draws inspiration from time periods such as the Renaissance and Baroque eras.
